Trampoline Fun

It's always a good time when we get to go to JuJu & PaPa's house & the first place that we always have to head to is the trampoline.  B LOVES to jump & run on it & would probably sleep out there if I let him!!  This is one of the few times that Colton has actually been on it but he loves it too & it was funny to watch his facial expressions as B ran around him & made him bounce.

Brayden included him in the fun & ran over to Colton, sat down, gently knocked him down,

& then tried to get him up & when he couldn't he took his hat off,

helped him roll over & tried to get him back up that way.  It was so sweet to see B playing with his baby brother & including him in the fun & games.  Of course it didn't last long but it melted my heart to see him act so lovingly with Colton.

They are the center of my world & my heart is so full because of them both!!

Fun at JuJu & PaPa's

A few Sunday's ago we went over to JuJu & PaPa's house to cookout & play; Brayden had stayed the night the night before so he was already out playing when we got there that morning & he was more than ready for a nap a few hours later!  After nap it was back outside for more fun..........he wouldn't go without his blankie that he keeps there.........

He had a bit of a hard time waking up so h laid down on the trampoline while he made Lance & I jump so it bounced him.

He played on PaPa's tractor.

And walked dragged his Anut Cindy's dog up & down their very long driveway.  B loves Jett & we often consider getting a small dog for B down the rode (down the rode a LONG WAY!)

He walked & played & wore himself out the whole afternoon & even though it was about 98 in the shade it was a perfect Sunday.

We don't really take Colton out in the heat to much so he just chilled with his PaPa

I Got Nothin........

I have swollen feet & calves, heartburn from hell & my belly is growing by the second I think but as for blog inspiration........I Got Nothin.  I feel like I have nothing to offer to the blogging world these days & feel like I have lost all inspiration to even "do" it.  I feel like I am so busy with all of the last month/minute baby errands & small stuff getting done around the house that I have no "me time" to do what I like or even what I want to do & that includes blogging.  I feel like there are so many things & errands that have to get done that I can't even get our house cleaned (which is a "me time" thing & I love doing) & that is driving me crazy too.  Since I am a neat freak a messy house has never been something that I have been able to just "let go" or "accept".

Don't get me wrong things are going great with my pregnancy & Lance & I are happy & getting back on track with a little less stress, B is wonderful & we are ready & excited for Colton's impending arrival it's just (& I know that this sounds selfish but) I just want a moment to myself, with my thoughts & maybe a bath & maybe even time to read a bit in 2 books I just ordered..........but who am I kidding I would fall asleep if I tried to read something right now.  Maybe it is not that I have lost my inspiration, maybe I am just exhausted.  The word sleep is not even in my vocabulary anymore & I am up & down all night every night; it's not like I'm not tired because I am I just can't sleep.  I have a ton of energy during the day but once 8pm strikes on the clock I am done; B has been staying up until 8-8:45 but once he is down so am I.  I think I have actually gotten used to less sleep & stopped complaining about to Lance a few weeks ago.  I have stopped trying to figure out why it is happening all together & am just taking it for what it is BUT maybe that is why I feel like I have no inspiration.........maybe!!

Maybe I am just at the end of the pregnancy & just feeling blah because of hormones; I don't know but I just wanted to say sorry & hopefully I will find blog inspiration soon :)  Until then I will leave you with some photos of B; we got him a small(er) trampoline for our backyard since he loves big one at his JuJu & PaPa's house!  He came home to it Sunday afternoon & LOVES it.

A Busy Weekend w/Quite A Scare

Friday we went to meet B's Aunt Cindy do that we could finish our maternity photos; it was the best day & I can't wait to see the photos that CK Photography captured of B & I.  After the photos were finished we just hung out at Cindy's; we don't really get to see them that often so when we do we always have a great time & I have said this before B LOVES his cousins!!

Yesterday B & I went over to his JuJu's house first thing in the morning because we were heading to a baby shower later that afternoon & it was easier for B to nap there & then for us to ride together since it was about an hour & 15 minutes away.  We had a great morning & B got to play on the trampoline which has become the "thing to do" at PaPa & JuJu's house since he figured out just how fun it is.  He jumps pretty well on it & it is just so much fun to watch him!

After he played for a while it was time for his nap; he had already gone into their room & grabbed all of his stuff (blanket, binky, sound machine, & seahorse) & was laying on the kitchen floor so I walked him up the his pack & play.  I laid him down, told him I loved him, left the door cracked (I always do this when I first lay him down when he is there so I won't have to open the door when I check on him) & walked back downstairs.  I thought I kept hearing something about 5 minutes later but then I just thought I was hearing things but then thought I should check on him just in case & as I walked around the corner from the kitchen to towards the stairs there he was standing there at the bottom of the stairs!!  He had climbed out of his pack n play & walked down the stairs all by himself!!

I am not sure how he did it with out falling but I just thank God that he did!!  My heart was beating out of my chest & I ran to him, scooped him up & hugged him tightly & all he did was look at me like I was crazy & like he didn't know why I was scared.  All of he "what ifs" were going through my head & it took about an hour for my heart to slow down & for me to actually calm down.  I can only thank God for looking over him & his pack n play will no longer be upstairs at his JuJu & PaPa's house..........NEVER AGAIN!!!

He laid down & took his nap just fine the 2nd time he was laid  down; we checked on him a billion times!!

He took a shorter nap but that was alright & then we were off to the shower; he was a trooper & handled the afternoon very well.  He watched his DVD player (i.e. Toy Story) while we ate & did presents & then we went to a little park so he could run around before our journey back home.

This is the expecting mommy & daddy.........aren't they the cutest??  They are due a few weeks after we are & they are expecting a little girl!!

I dropped JuJu & B off at her house (he spent the night last night) & Lance & I headed to the movies for a date; we saw Matthew McConaughey's new movie Lincoln Lawyer.  It was fun to get out just he & I & the movie was good too; other than the fact that I spilled the warm buttery popcorn all over us & my purse we had a great time & laughed like e haven't in quite a while!!  It has been a great weekend so far & we have had a busy Sunday morning working outside in the lawn & getting some much needed stuff done around the house.  I miss little butt & can't wait for him to get home though!!!!!

Wordless Wednesday..........

The weather that we have been having since Sunday has been AMAZING; 

we had family birthday lunch at JuJu & PaPa's & of course B loved to play outside in their backyard with his cousins!!

Gotta love the static hair that he has here!! 

His cousins are so good with him & always take such good care & pay such special attention to him. 

Even Lance got on the trampoline & showed off a bit!!
